I have been a customer of eUKHost since early 2008, primarily with a cPanel reseller account. Through this time I have set up several websites with different server requirements, and each time eUKHost have risen to the challenge. The 24/7 support is incredibly easy to access, and the staff are both knowledgeable and proactive in responding to requests, on most occasions it has taken less than 10 minutes from request to action! I hope to use their services for another 5 years, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on product range, availability and outstanding customer service + support.

Honestly when I first found eUKhost, I think this hosting is 'too expensive' but I was completely wrong! The price is nothing compare to the service given, especially the live chat support. I live in Indonesia, South East Asia. There must be huge time different but the chat support is always there. If any of you are looking for excellent UK hosting, just trust EukHost.

I was with the service provided by eUKHost, the short answer is VERY satisfied, so much so that on all levels I would give the company 10 out of 10.I've dealt with 4 hosts over the years, two of them are classified as being in the world's top 10 in terms of size, but your company has proved, for me, to be the best of any of them.Why? Well there's several reasons, but one of the most important services I value, is if I have a query, I don't want to be passed from pillar to post in an attempt to obtain an answer, eUKHost staff always answer my questions speedily and efficiently - for that reason I've genuinely NEVER felt frustrated when dealing with them - they're friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional - I even received a thank you email shortly after making my last monthly payment - a small gesture perhaps, nevertheless I felt it was a nice touch because someone took the trouble to send it - it didn't appear automated - but even if it had of been - the gesture was appreciated.This testimonial was given of my own volition - human beings can be quicker to criticise than praise - but I say 'praise where praise is due' - eUKHost are up there with the best of the best.

I transfered about 10 sites to eukhost.com - the online chat before ordering some accounts was very helpfull because they let me get diffrent servers for each hosting offer, so not all sites will be on the same ip address. Then i had some problems with the memory limit as i cloned my sites on the new servers, but the friendly and professional online support (chat and email) solved them within a day, increased the memory limits, and helped me out with some other questions. No joke, this is the best hosting company i have had in more than ten years.

I have nothing but the highest regard for Euk host. I am not the most competent of persons with regard to hosting technology but EUK host have always been very helpful. When other staff from here with professional knowledge of hosting have spoken to EUKhost they have always found them knowledgeable and supportive. In the past we have used UK based hosting companies and we have found them to be arrogant and not as helpful as they could be in marked contrast to Eukhost who shine out as a beacon in the darkness! I only have a small shared hosting account with eUKhost but their support is exemplary. It has always been fast and responsive. I recently needed to install some forum software and there was an issue with some library compatibility with the new software. When it became apparent what the problem was they quickly moved me to a new server with the necessary libraries and made sure that everything was working correctly. At all times the support was responsive and constructive, resolving the issue very quickly.

I have just rented one of the servers provided by eUK hosting and was positively surprised with their live chat feature. I talked to them for a good hour asking all sorts of stupid questions, as I did not know too much about dedicated servers. They were patient and helpful. Hope their service is this good, as I will be a life long customer if it is!

I've been using Eukhost for several years now. They are so much better than any I've used before (I've used many). The assistants on live chat are always helpful, & problems are always resolved. Recently they spent a huge amount of time over several days helping me sort out a domain name issue (which was not their fault). Admin tools and controls are about what you'd expect, and better than many others (I don't think I've ever used any that would warrant 5 stars). In the past I've paid a lot more for very poor hosting and dealt with some outright charlatans. Happy to be using Eukhost.

I've been with EUKHOST for over 5 years now and I would recommend these guys to anybody who is looking for good reliable 24/7 hosting.Having spent wasted time with other hosting companies that fail to deliver I've had a few cheap hosting who have decided to quit not inform me, then have angry clients chasing me, but since moving to EUKHOST I've only had a handful of issues that have been resolved within minutes while using their chat system, this include the early hours or late at night.Every person working for EUKHOST I've spoken to via telephone, live chat or email have been very professional on every level.

Our company has been a customer of EUKHOST for a good few years now. I was originally with a different provider, but then needed my own control, and I have to say EUKHOST have been good. There have been a few issues here and there, mainly around late 2011 the support became quite slow which was frustrating. But, I can see they turned the corner, got more staff, and now the support chat is quick which is exactly what I need. I have used eUKhost now since 2008 for my personal hosting. I have always had excellent service and whenever (not too often!) I have an issue the live chat staff are always efficient, courteous and able to deal with my request in a professional manner - unlike a different provider whose awful service I have to endure at work. I just spoke to Adam Smith regarding a hosting upgrade and it was sorted and up and running again within 5 minutes! I would recommend eUKhost to anyone after affordable, feature packed hosting with proper service. And no, I am in no way affiliated with them - just a happy customer!

I have over 20 cPanel shared hosting packages. All in all and for the value for money it is a very good service. As a, mainly, cPanel shared hosting user I only face difficulties with the lack of flexibility. I know it is shared hosting but I am not sure there is room to improve the service. Despite some of the hiccups I have had in the past I still think it is good value for money. Well done!
