When I was looking to move my hosting to a new company I did what most people that are reading this review are doing now , looking at what everyone else says, what I found was that most people only complain, so here's an exception.

Great customer service, Great system for only £4k so great price as well.

An example of the support 1am in the morning needed some support, call the 0808 (free phone) number and waited a couple of mins while continuing to google to web for a answer. I found the answer so put the phone down. Couple of mins later eUKHost RANG me so see if they could help as they has a missed call, thats what I call support. ps he did help me as well!!!

I am writing to thank you for the excellent support service your company has recently provided to us when we were experiencing issues with sites migrated from our dedicated server to a VPS (both the dedicated and VPS are with eUKhost). Your assistance in correcting a scripting issues with one of our customers website hostings was greatly appreciated - and is the first time i have seen a webhost to assist with such matters!

Support team were of great help in resolving the problems with the dedicated/VPS Hosting account migrations, and showed no hesitation to provide much needed support as and when required. Their offer to migrate all data and settings to a new VPS Hosting saved us hours which would of been otherwise lost on transfering data and setting up the accounts again. eUKhost has been the best hosting provider i have dealt with and i wish you well for the future.

I have been with eUKhost now for almost 2 years and have been very impressed on the whole! I have had a few problems, but support have always been helpful and are normally able to fix it quite fast. Response time in the Live Chat and Helpdesk support system is normally pretty good. The support people are always helpful, willing to sort out problems and most importantly are polite!

The monitoring of hosting accounts seems to be top notch with regards to preventing attacks and maintaining security. Downtime seems to be non existant (I have only experienced very brief downtime a couple of times). The features of the hosting accounts are some of the best I have seen and the price is very good compared to others. Overall 10/10 - a great host!

Thanks to all the team at eUKhost that have helped me out with moving my website. I was with my last host a very long time and always worried about going elsewhere. The team kindly moved all my hosting over to the server for me. Something I was worried about and had always put me off for fear of having problems afterwards and possible downtime. I don't know how the guys done it but they did it quick and it works. My members are back on the forums and so far pleased with increased speed. I certainly could be here for a long time now based on service so far.

Well, eUKhost are better than any other hosting company, I've been with an awful lot over the past few years, however I think I have settled down now as far as hosting is concerned I have a couple of Semi Dedicated Servers and a VPS with them, which are all brilliant and fast. Setup time was minimal, and time to repond to tickets is minimal. Live Chat Support is perfect! Notice to anyone whose reading this but isn't a customer: What are you waiting for? Get a package with them now!

Well, where do i start ? i have sued eukhost for ages ! through good and bad times, i think i registered my first website in 1998 ish and its going on a decade of superior support and helpful people. i now have over 5 or six websites with eukhost and never had any major problems. i remember leaving a testimonial on your old website and it was on the home page for a while :P Thanks again for the great hosting packages and prices.

Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service from the support guys and the sales guys. I am a fairly new customer but have caused my share of trouble for eUKHost. I have changed my hosting type three times and have had great support. Any issue's I have had, have been resolved very quickly via email. I think the telephone and live chat support is good could be improved, but the email support is second to none.

I really cannot explain enough just how pleased and happy I am with the service I have received from everyone here. I have honestly never seen or had service like this, it's incredible ! I was online within 6 hours of paying my money and could access my actual web site well within the specified period. Everytime I ask a question I know that I will receive an answer and this in itself is so re-assuring. I wish I had some way of making people choose you above any other hosts, you so deserve it. I've just upgraded from a Reseller to VPS Hosting and I must say although I've had a few issues, the tech support team have been absolutely amazing at sorting all of them out. They've transferred all my files, packages, settings and everything, sorted things out when I've been an idiot and messed them up, fixed bugs in sites with me and have helped sort everything out DNS wise when things were going mad! So thanks guys, I couldn't have done it without you and hopefully I'll learn enough to stop needing to rely on you so much (mind you, with support like they give, who can blame me for wondering if I need to!)
