NOTE: The most popular anti-virus for EXG-2003/2007 is GFI Mail essentials. We are still searching cheapest anti-virus for exchange integration.
SLA :
1] Backup system:
The backup server is compulsory with Exchange box , in the backup system we will take7 days backup through our backup utility. The full backup will perform at Sunday and all other backups will incremental till Saturday. This bunch of backup will exist for next 2 weeks and will be over write in 3rd week.We will implement informational store backup, in the informational store method we can not restore single mail box.
2] Troubleshooting:
a] OS related and Exchange related Troubleshooting
b] Mailbox related Troubleshooting
c] In case EDB will corrupt on server, we will try to recover server from last successful backup copy.
d] The Mailbox which has been exceeded that 2 GB will not be 100 % recoverable, we will try to recover oldest backup.
