I am a new customer, purchasing the 'Windows Copper' package about 30-40 minutes ago. I have just seen in the 'status' section that there is an error symbol along the domain registration. (The domain is
www.JibbaJabbas.com)
It also says that the hosting is Inactive so if you are able to check around and see if anything is the problem then that would be great!
This may be becasue I need to be a bit more patient for it to resolve itself, but I am just curious as to why this is.
I am also wondering where I would go about uploading files, FTP accounts and MySQL databases as I can't seem to find a section or anything for these.
I hope this is in the right section aswell!
