Your domain name has started working from our windows server getting filled right now. You can FTP to your account from browser with
ftp://username@JibbaJabbas.com/ or you can download a FTP software from downloads.com
MySQL database needs to be uploaded from the control panel. Control Panel login details have been sent to you in welcome email.
