Well as per your previous request, I sent you all teh information at 12:56 BST on the 15th. I've also spoken to atleast 5 different people at EUK (and have names for 4 of them). Danny was the most helpful (he actually called me back!), but he couldn't find any record of any of my previous conversation either!
The email I sent has not been bounced back either.
How about the messages I left via LiveChat, can you see those? - there all under my registered name and email address. How about my customer record, how many calls have you got logged against me?
