Does this mean that the server will be down from 23:00 to 07:00? You haven't given us much notice to prepare our client base, this could be problematic for us, whilst our long standing clients are very loyal and understanding our newest clients could be understandably disgruntled by this especially with the short notice.
Please reconsider the date of the move.

That was a typo in hurry. Apologies for not being able to send this email earlier but servers scheduled for migration tomorrow are few while customers who have their servers scheduled to be relocated on 25th and 26th have sufficient time to inform their customers.
make sure that you give them a call tomorrow morning and keep them informed.
