Getting a reseller account could be a possible solution. Or upgrading to a
dedicated server if you can afford it and it is worth it for you. Or you could cancel the
VPS Hosting that isn't working and take out a
VPS Hosting with another host. Or you could pay the extra to get it a managed server rather than an unmanged (if your host offers this option).
