A managed server might give you more success, although it would cost you more. Mark seems to have offered a solution to the problem but I am unsure whether he understood that the
VPS Hosting you are currently complaining about is
not hosted on eUKhost (although he may have done).
RE the MSN support, that doesn't sound promising! Do they offer 24x7 support?
