I did this and they told me my VPS Hosting was being moved on the 26th (ticket: #DFY-52864-310). Guess what, they were wrong and now my Dedicated Server is being moved now.

I am extremely annoyed at this because I am the one who will have to explain to my customer why his website hosting is down, why he will be missing out on potential bookings, why he has been paying PPC ads when his website hosting is not even working.

I know eUKHost have a "never say sorry" policy. But surely you can understand my frustrations. My customer will not accept "it's not me, it's my host" excuses. He pays me for a service and as far as he is concerend, the book stops with me.

The funny thing was, although I was not completly happy with the downtime. I did not worry to much because I thought I had till the 26th. I would have told my customer to pause his PPC ad's and he would have been happy. Now I am going to have to try and get out of this without looking completely useless.

I am very unhappy with this. I would recommend that anyone who has been given a date by eUKhost for their server move, check again and see if you get the same date.

One additional queation i must ask. Is the eUKHost hosting server being moved? If so, when will the downtime for this be?
