Thats the one thing I do disagree with regarding Adsense - they should have to pay the balance of the account when they ban you otherwise they could just start banning everybody when they get near the payout threashold.
Having said that, if the money was made against the rules I wouldn't pay out.
Its a tough subject, there is no suitable solution that I can see, either customers sometimes get cheated or the company does!!
