I would hope that if the server fails, you automatically restore the weekly backup which is done by default?
Then the backup service ive paid for would ensure I lose a days changes at most?
Would the server be in your new datacentre where you have staff 24/7? This would be a great benfit, knowing that your staff are on hand should any issues occur.
