Just a point to add - as there are so many
web hosting companies now there are bound to be some similarities between some of them - after all they are all offering the same product and in general most people want the same features such as 24/7 support and the like so you won't find it very hard to find two companies that look similar!
It would not make sense for eUKhost to split themselves between two companies - it would make their job 10x harder than it already is!!
