I was emailed to say the start of my
Dedicated Server being moved would be 03.00, so made appropriate arrangements. the email also said that it would be online by 07.00. Guess what? 9.42am and still down. No response to emails. Live chat no help. Phone calls as useful as a chocolate fireguard. We apologise for any convienience is the only responce I can get. It took me an hour to get on the 24/7 livechat. When I asked for a way of contacting a director of Eukhost, the conversation stopped
Not impressed at all. The whole migration issue has been handled in a totally unprofesional way
So notspot, dont bother with support, it's not worth it!
