There are a couple of ways I can think of which could work.

The first is use a proxy program. PHProxy is a program which you can put on a server which basically acts as your own proxy. You type a web address into the page and then it pulls it up for you. You can find information and a copy here:

http://whitefyre.com/poxy/

It's as simple as copying a few files across to the server and you're away.

I've got a copy on my account which I used to get round blocking on a firewall when I was browsing using my laptop on the move with 3G. I've also put it in a password protected directory so I'm the only one who can use it. It works fine for what I want.

The other option is use a website hosting like www.mail2web.com which should work....

Anyway, hope that helps.
