Not sure how the view it, but any search engine will penalise you for this.
Meta tags and title tags should be used correctly - otherwise you will notice the search engines complaining. Your
website hosting is the worst I've seen for bad use of meta and title tags and this is why search engines are not indexing you as you want them to.
