I have used eUKhosts' services since about January now and I am absolutely, entirely satisfied with the service. Even though my
website hosting isn't exactly up and running yet I have been using cPanel a lot and ran into a few problems. But firstly, let's tell you this:
It was 11pm and I was trying to sign-up for a reseller account and I got errors when I clicked 'Submit' so I thought I'd contact live chat but I doubted they'd be open at this time of night, but they were available. The operator talked to me on live chat trying to resolve the situation for about 1 hour and they had to manually create my account.
I got back on the computer at about 6:30am and I received an e-mail actually around about that time and my account was set-up within minutes.
So it does go to show that they do provide 24/7 support via live chat because even with a few problems they got it resolved within a few hours.
I am satisfied with the host I am with, and I don't plan on switching
