Problems arrising with your nameserver configuration are probably in regards to the fact that RegisterFly have been taken over by GoDaddy - and it wouldn't surprise me that during this process there were a few DNS errors etc.
I suggest you wait for your reply from RegisterFly who should be able to resolve your
web hosting.
