Personally, I would stay away from Joomla.
However, seen as though you are using it (and seem to want to) have you tried opening at ticket at
support@eukhost.com or starting a LiveChat with support from the main eUKhost
website hosting (
http://www.eukhost.com).
I recently played around with Joomla and had problems and support managed to solve my problems within 10 minutes. Have you already contact support? If not I suggest you do as it is a far faster way of getting your technical problems dealt with! - but of course we will always try to help you as much as we can on the forum!
