If you opened the ticket from one email address the reply to the ticket would be sent to that same address.
You might have to wait till Mark sees your message to see if he can sort it out for you. Maybe there has been a delay at some point in the email system between yourself and eUKhost - sometimes messages are delayed on the Internet for reasons beyond everyone control.
