I noticed ages ago that in "eUKhost Announcements" there is a post about submitting your URL for you
website hosting and have the best decided and a kind of "winners list" published.
I notice that the link to submit your URL is still active but noted that the closing date was November 2005.
Is there any chance of resurrecting this kind of competition? There doesn't necessarily have to be a prize - maybe just some way of submitting our
website hosting to a list and then everybody is allowed to vote for the
website hosting they think is best.
Then when the competition is closed there can be a "Top 10" produced in order of most votes first or something like that.
I think it will be really interesting and will most definitely encourage people not only to submit their
website hostings into the competition but I am sure it will also bring more traffic to the forums and therefore more activity as well as to eUKhost in general (and possibly more customers
).
I hope you will take this idea into consideration because I for one would really like it!! Theres nothing for anyone to lose (theres no entry fee and no prize - apart from being crowned "eUKhostWebsite Hosting Champion"!
) and it will be great fun.
I for one would really like to see this happen and I hope I am not the only one!
