i'vent yet, because i'm almost sure that it's a problem of the italian company, i'll contact them back right now, but unfortunately i'll have a reply in maybe only 2-3 days...
i'm asking on this forum even if maybe it's not a stricly eukhost related problem because you are the only ones i know for sure that can help me to understand what it's happening
even now i dont know what to ask exactly to their support...apart retrying the change. I'm a mostly a graphic-designer and i dont know much about technical problems
