Personally, and I can only comment on the service I have recieved - there has been no degredation of service since the move.
Unfortunately you seem to be experiencing problems - have you tried contacting eUKhost support either by ticket at
support@eukhost.com or by starting a LiveChat through the main
website hosting (
www.eukhost.com)? They are able to sort most problems very efficiently and your concerns will be there number 1 priority.
