sometimes poor coding results in memory leakage so one needs to find out database or php scripts responsible for memory leakage and suspend those. till last year we were facing some problem due to spammers on our servers which were getting filled at that time but now we have good automation to get rid of spammers and our fraud detection system deletes orders from those who come with intention to spam.
Only problem that we face this days is due to MySQL overloading and Memory leakage in php scripts. Hopefully we will have automation for this as well in future but right now this 2 problems need manual solution only.

Thanks for the explantion, it's a pity my previous hosts didn't take the time to explain that to me
Just out of interest, what would you do if a customer complained about having around 50-70 database errors a day and was getting quite annoyed as their forum/site was unusable to some of their members?
