If I am informed about the problem then it hardly takes few minutes for me to troubleshoot and make the server stable. Troubleshooting on Linux Servers needs good hands on Architecture of Linux and if you have cpanel on the Linux Server then it becomes quite easy to troubleshoot.
We have good team for windows as well and we have expertise in troubleshooting technical problems on both. Its not that our servers can never face problems but we have ability to handle any sort of problems in less time.
