Tristar went down last Friday & now they tell me they don't have any daily back for ther server. So the only back up they could find was from 21/5/07. I must have spent at least 6-7 hours on the chat & the phone & no one seems to do any thing about it. No body seems to give a straight answer. I was in fact happy with their service I also moved my main business web
website hostings to them. I lost 3 days woth of orders on my
website hosting & on top of that I had to redo my database manually by adding all the orders back on it. When i ask a simply question like why didn't you have a daily back up, no one can say why or why not. i am so fed with the whole attidude. i am thinking of moving to some one who will at least do a daily back up.
