I have a couple of questions that I would be grateful if you could help me answer.
I have several
website hostings and am having issues with my current provider. Basically the
website hostings (about 6 in total) get one hell of a lot of spam. Were taking approximately 1000 a day here. The issue arises that the inbox gets full very quickly and eventually the email system grinds to a halt. I would there like to know if it is possible to have some server side spam protection. On a reseller package? It doesn’t have to be great just half a job would suffice as we have Sophos on the exchange server here.
What is your current uptime record? And when was your last downtime? What was the reason?
Do the packages all come with there own SMTP? Ie mail.domain.com?
Do the reseller packages have custom name servers?
