Also, have you tried contacting support either through opening a ticket at
support@eukhost.com or by starting a LiveChat from the main eUKhost
website hosting? (
www.eukhost.com). If there are any problems on your server affecting the response times then they will be able to tell you.
Also, if you do provide a link to your
website hosting I can see if it is as slow accessing it from my end as yours. Don't forget, it could be a problem at your end in your local area.
