Hmmm... sounds like either something is going wrong during install or you have changed some settings and Wordpress is not liking it. Either that or there has been a server change recently which upset it.
Have you tried contacting support either through opening a ticket at
support@eukhost.com or through LiveChat on the main eUKhost page (
www.eukhost.com)? and seen if they can shed any light on this?
