I can understand your frustration but there''s absolutely nothing wrong with your account. our guys have again and again configured your mailbox in outlook and they have managed to send / receive emails successfully. If its still not working on your end then I will make a video of how it works on my end and it will be sent to you to prove how it works on our end.
