If I wasn't so cynical I'd think this was some kind of joke and maybe I'd see the funny side of it, however as I can't update my own sodding website hosting then humour is a commodity that is quickly running out. give me one good reason why I should stay with eukhosts now, or better, give me one good reason why I shouldnt post on every forum I know of the details of the problem I'm having here.
I'm going to give eukhosts one last chance to sort this issue once and for all, the next time it does it I'm cancelling and requesting a refund and compensation for the time my website hosting has been innaccessible.

Firstly, I'd like to point out that your
website hosting is not inaccessible, and is working fine. Any automatic ban placed on your, or your ISP's IP address will be inflicted for a very good reason. I suggest you contact your ISP to ask who is abusing these servers, as I'm guessing you are behind an ISP proxy which means that you share the same IP address as everyone else on your network. Any action caused by anyone on the network will mean you are too effected, and therefor eUKhost should not be held responsible.
