Firstly, I'd like to point out that your website hosting is not inaccessible, and is working fine
|
my
website hosting is innaccesible by me, I can not log in to it from my place of work therefore it most certainly is not "working fine"

Any automatic ban placed on your, or your ISP's IP address will be inflicted for a very good reason. I suggest you contact your ISP to ask who is abusing these servers,
|
Your suggestion would be a good course of action, however Eukhosts havent told me why the IP is being blocked, thats kind of like telling a doctor to prescribe medicine for an illness thats yet to be diagnosed, so eukhost whats the "very good reason"?

as I'm guessing you are behind an ISP proxy which means that you share the same IP address as everyone else on your network. Any action caused by anyone on the network will mean you are too effected, and therefor eUKhost should not be held responsible
|
You make a lot of assumptions, the only other PC connecting to eukhosts (apart from mine) is a colleagues pc, he is connecting to the
website hosting via port 80, how this is "abusing the servers" is beyond me.
I am 99.9% confident that nobody on my local network is doing anything they shouldn't so if eukhost know otherwise then please enlighten me, and we can compare logs!
What concerns me is that if my ip is in the allow list on the firewall how come it's been blocked again? what rule has it broken to be blacklisted again, I understand that you can not give specific details for security purposes but surely I deserve an explanation?
