There are tutorials on cPanel located here:
http://www.eukhost.com/support/cpanel.php. However please note this is for x2 cPanel, so simply change to that cPanel style and then get to know where everything is. Once you know where everything is it won't be much of a problem getting to know where everything is on x3.
