I was just going to say that I doubted he would be using cPanel on a Windows Silver hosting plan!!
Maybe these links would be more useful - The Plesk control panel tutorials are
http://www.eukhost.com/support/plesk-tutorial.php and I assume you will be on a Plesk server as Mark has said in the past that all new Windows based accounts have been being created on a Plesk server.
