I have installed Joomla through cPanelX and uploaded an extra template.

I'm unable to edit any files on my machine and the upload them to the folder on the server. I get "permission errors"
The folders show the owner as "99" and I can't change those.

There are 2 templates supplied with the installation of Joomla and they donot have this problem.
