They take 24 hours to reply, if it takes this long why don't they hire more staff? They are a reliable company but when you need support, I doubt you will be with Yahoo very long. So yet again, I am awaiting a reply from Yahoo. I DO NOT recommend Yahoo!
Trust me, if you think a 24hr reply is bad, you should see WebFusion.

They usually reply to support e-mails after 2 weeks.
