The fix is easy but why were we not informed of a change in the server setup.

They are truly
useless and use a nearly unintelligible low quality phoneline.
According to technical support there is no problem.
So now i have found the solution to the problem on the user forums but I am very angry with the situation and the waste of my time and the poor support which is on offer from eukhost.
All the telephone contacts on eukhost
website hosting seem to lead to the same pisspoor indian call centre -even the sales number. I want to speak to someone in the UK who works for eukhost directly.Is there anybody really in Durham?or anywhere in the uk?
update: a ticket to support got a response-they apologized for the inconvenience and mod_security has been disabled on my domain.
I would have preferred some advance warning of a change in the server configuration.
I am left quite dissatisfied with this hosting company's support
