I have indeed been around here a while (on the forum) and even longer as a customer.
I can honestly say that there would seem to be something wrong as a wait that long is unheard of. Even at the most busiest times I have had my tickets responded to within the hour - or at least aknowledged by a member of support to say it is being looked into.
If the ticket seems to have failed I would suggest opening another one - that type of wait is very unusual and surprises me.
Please don't hesitate to ask me more questions or seek more advice - I know how it is being new!!
I can understand that having only just signed up that this doesn't look good but as I have said I have never heard of such a long wait.
