basically even plesk is saying that noone has access to the databases I create...

I can't login into the MSSQL server either.... I sent the log in, nothing for 2 hours so I rang, got hung up on as soon as they picked up (although this may well be a genuine fault on their part as it happpened on the next call too), so I rang again, and he said he would get someone to look into it and update the ticket in 15-20minutes...

I gave it about 45 and rang back... this time he kept me on the phone while he seemed to speak to someone else. He then said they were looking into now (and I even verified with him that he did actually say that they are dealing with it Now).

That was about 40minutes ago... and still nothing.

I personally work as a computer programmer, in an industry where an hour can mean the difference between making £million or not (that's not an exaggeration by the way, the online insurance industry).

I know this is no where near as critical, it's only a small gallery website hosting I've written from scratch, but I would atleast like some acknowledge to say that someone is looking into, I shouldn't need to keep chasing this.

Do you think that this is a 1 off? Should it be reported to the company?
