Thanks for the reply, I would have more expected after the ticket not being able to be fixed in the first couple of hours, for a quick message to say, we're looking into this issue, and it is complicated. Or atleast words to that effect, 4 hours (actually 5 now) is pretty bad as I'm sure you'll agree.
I'm not trying to be awkward here, if the problem is fixed then I'm happy. I Just wanted you to know what the customer experience was like from this and, hopefully, help you make the service better.
