Before I open a support ticket, I just want to make sure I am not doing anything stupid.
I want to make a subdomain risingdeath.borninblood.co.uk point to
http://www.borninblood.co.uk/risingdeath
So in Cpanel, I went to subdomains and made a new one (this is my first time doing this) - named it risingdeath and told it to redirect to the correct url.
However when you type in the URL
http://risingdeath.borninblood.co.uk I get an error saying the page cannot be found.
Is there anything I am doing daft or has my cpanel not been set up right?
When I moved to this host my cpanel (and all the options associated with it) were transferred across, and on the package I used to be one there were a lot of restrictions that EUKhost forgot to refix for me, so I am thinking it may be another one of those problems...
