Your website hosting is one example of a website hosting. There are millions of website hostings. I said sometimes lol Plus unless your website hosting is pinged every second you cannot guarentee it has been up as long as it says it is without even a small outage. For example my website hosting is checked every 10 minutes - but it could be down for 9 and half minutes in between checks .
