Hi guys, before of opening a ticket I ask you if this is a known issue.
When I connect with FTP, using my primary account or a new one I create from cpanel, I log in but I receive the following error message:
Status: Connected
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is your current location
Command: PORT 192,168,1,3,13,132
Response: 500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.1.3 (only to 81.174.44.195)
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing
I use Filezilla (I use it with another hosting service without problems).
The baffling thing is about IP.
Now my WAN IP is 81.174.44.195 whilst my LAN IP is 192.168.1.3 (I've to PCs connected to a router).
This error message is puzzling :
Response: 500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.1.3 (only to 81.174.44.195)
As I told above I can use FTP with other hosting service without problems.
Anyone knowing something ?
