Roger is oldest and most experienced person on our forum so I guess you don't take his suggestion in wrong way. There's nothing for anyone to feel bad about anything over here as its all in the family. Maybe his suggestion will help you to improve your technical knowledge.
Once again please don't take his suggestion in wrong way. Level of technical knowledge I've earned so far has come out of great level of hard work and I am paid for the knowledge I've gained so far.
