Some people do prefer to keep them seperate - I have domains both with eUK and at other locations.
However some people prefer to have one log in and control everything from one place as it makes it easier for them - for example if theirs a problem and their
website hosting isnt working they don't have to work out whether it is a problem with the domain or the hosting space - they can just contact the support of the one place where everything is at.
