Typhoon server has been facing several problems over the past few days. From what I understand, those problems were being caused by accounts overloading the server; Typhoon is the Linux server which is currently being filled, and when it's been finished being filled support will weed out the bad accounts. I don't know whether these 'bad accounts' could be causing the problems you are facing.
Your best bet would be to open a ticket with support@eukhost.com, or open a live chat directly from the eUKhost website hosting.
