I am having a lot of problems with my current server at the moment since it changed hands, so I am looking for somewhere else. I am on the silver plan with my current provider so will probably be looking for same here. My
website hosting had IPB, portal and chatroom. But I have a few things I need to ask and check first. Unfortunately Im not very clued up on all this, the man that used to run the server Im on at the moment used to do a lot for me.
What I would like to know is, what does it take to move my
website hosting to here from my current server, what do i need to do?
Do you offer any help getting the
website hosting back up? Im a bit concerned that I move my
website hosting and wont be able to figure out how to get it back online.
What is your up time like ? At the moment my
Dedicated Server seems to be down more than it is up, so I need somewhere reliable to place my
website hosting.
Do you provide plenty notice as to when maintence is going to be carried out? My current server only provided 2 hours notice.
Sorry about all the questions but as I said this side of things is my downfall
I just want to make sure I get things right.
