Well Rock, I do agree with your point on limiting connections as too many persistent connections can cause load on the server. But just 1 connection is even more than too less, don't you think? And so I said, this could be a setting for only a free-hosting provider as they must be getting a hell bunch of customers a day, thus loading their server due to which the MSSQL connection usage is supposed to increase. I appreciate Your Professionalism Pride at the same time. And eUKhost as a whole, as a team, as professionals do deserve the appreciation!
Anyways, by MSSQL on local machine, I meant that he must have gotta test machine (server for him indeed) on which he must have installed MSSQL for testing and R&D purpose where the max connection variable must have been set to 1 and which he must not be aware of. I think either you mis-interpreted my statement or I must have lagged somewhere in my explanation.. Well FYI, I'm not a System Administrator like you, but I do have considerable knowledge about things
