An update : Viking is undergoing an FSCK at the moment.
I can understand your situation as well as frustation, no one would ever like (including me) the idea of their
website hosting being down. The /tmp partition's inodes were full & had to be cleared out, this is what is taking most of the time. I'll keep you updated regarding the server's status.
