It seems that our Gold plan should be sufficient for your requirements. As the disk space that you need is below 5GB and bandwidth below 50GB so our Gold plan should be sufficient to get started.

Once you get more traffic and your budget improves then you can consider another solution as shared hosting is not recommended for website hostings using more than 30 GB bandwidth per month.
