Default Setting up email accounts for my domain names: Help req!!

Hi folks,

I'm not really sure where to start with this question, so stay with me on this one.

On a few of the website hostings I have hosted here, when it comes to email links such as "Click here to email/Contact Us" etc, I have set up redirects so that all email goes to the individuals personal email account such as this:-

http://www.firstdriving.co.uk/Contac...20Driving.html

I'm using my fathers driving school website hosting as an example.

The link is obviously mailto:billwood@firstdriving.co.uk within the site's code.

This has been set up so that anyone clicking on that to contact him can do so.

However.......when he replies, it comes back from his actual email address at BT. Not from billwood@firstdriving.co.uk.

This is not a HUGE issue for him, but for another website hosting I have hosted here, the client wants me to set up email for him so that rather than replies coming back once he is emailed through the redirect from his Yahoo email account which the redirect is pointed at, it actually comes back from his website hosting domain name if you know what I mean?.

So rather than someone attempting to contact enquiries@indagatio.co.uk and then getting a reply from indagatioscotland@yahoo.co.uk they get a reply from enquiries@indagatio.co.uk

Know what I mean?.

I'm assuming to do this I need to set up email for them in Outlook, which I very rarely use.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction and assist with some details on how to set this up.

As I said, I very rarely use Outlook, so I'm not sure where to start.

Had a look in my CPanel at the email section, but I'm not getting anywhere with it so far.

Thank you very much in advance for any advice and assistance.

Gary.
